Province Wide Shipping!
We are now officially shipping beer orders throughout Ontario! Please be patient with us as we make this transition. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com with any questions and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
We ship orders out on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
All orders made before 12pm the day prior to shipment are shipped the next day (excluding holidays). Orders made after 12pm may not be shipped until the following scheduled shipment day.
Upon fulfilling your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been scheduled for shipment.
Review your shipping information before completing your order to ensure the address and associated details are accurate and complete. It is important to include your cell number to receive tracking information.
If you’re in a high rise or gated community, you must provide a buzzer code along with your address.
We do not ship to PO Boxes
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for province wide shipping within Ontario. There is no minimum order. Shipping times are typically 2-5 business days for most areas. We will choose a shipping courier at our discretion based on available rates for your region.
We do not offer guaranteed shipping dates. Delays may occur during shipping, these potential postal service issues are out of our control.
Retail Shop Pickup
We do not have an online purchase option to pickup beer at the brewery, but you can drop by any time during regular hours and purchase beer from our retail fridge.
When your order has been scheduled for shipment, you will receive an email and text notification with an expected drop off time. If you are not home for the delivery, the courier will hold your order and try again on the next delivery day to your region (minimum of two delivery days per week, 3 for most regions).
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, you cannot add on, substitute, or combine orders. If you contact us immediately we may be able to cancel and refund your order so that you can place a new one. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Please note that we do not have a dedicated team tasked with managing online orders so please do everything you can on your end to ensure that your order is complete and that all of your shipping information is correct.

Refunds & Returns
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis but we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory outcome.
If there is an issue with the quality of the beer you purchased, please contact us so that we are aware and can do our best to resolve this for you.
