Synergy (Vanilla Coffee) | Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Blend w/ Vanilla & Coffee | 13.0% ABV

Synergy is a blend of barrel aged imperial stouts: 60% aged 24 months in Booker's Bourbon barrels and 40% aged 22 months in ex-Buffalo Trace organic maple syrup barrels. This imperial stout blend was then conditioned on Honduran espresso coffee beans from our friends at @manicpixiedreamcoffee and a blend of Madagascan and Ugandan vanilla beans at a rate of 2lbs/bbl.

The idea behind Synergy was to create a blend of barrel aged stouts that has a combined effect that is greater than the sum of its parts. We took this concept one step further with the addition of carefully selected hand processed adjuncts that compliment and enhance the existing flavours within this blend. We  couldn't be happier with the final result and are excited to share this very special beer with you all.
